Terms & Conditions

1. As a client, I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my physical, mental and emotional well-being during the live sessions, including my choices and decisions.
2. I undertake to willingly participate and act with respect to all in the programme. I also agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants in the programme.
3. I understand that the programme will be delivered, in its entirety, online through Zoom or other internet-based platform the company chooses to use.

4. I understand that whilst every effort will be made to not change the schedule, the dates and timings of the live sessions may change at the host’s discretion. Compensation of any kind will not be available for missed or re-scheduled live sessions. However, I understand that I will have access to the replay of all sessions for the duration of the programme.
5. I confirm that I understand the content and materials hosted in the Natural Genius E-Learning Portal is the Intellectual Property [IP] of Anji Hallewell and must not be shared or distributed via any means. I also agree not to share my access details with any other person.
6. I understand that for the duration of the 90-day programme I will have access to the Job Interview Generator on-demand modules found in the Natural Genius E-Learning Portal. And that I’ll have access to implementational support in way of live group sessions, challenges and WhatsApp as stated in the offer upon enrolment, starting immediately or as stated in the offer. No extensions will be granted without an additional fee.
7. Any decision to act on or implement any strategies, guidance, advice, or recommendations provided by Anji Hallewell or her Associates is solely of my own choice and I am fully accountable for the outcomes.
8. I understand that I will not be eligible for any refund whatsoever. However, if Anji Hallewell or her Associates cannot deliver the programme in full, I will be entitled to a refund for any unfulfilled sessions or time remaining. 
9. I agree to pay both installments on time and I understand that failure to do so will result in an immediate suspension and may lead to termination from the programme, where any access to the programme materials, replays, live sessions or personal support will be revoked, as well as potential legal action to recover any outstanding amount.
