Nadiya was a Communications Director who had stopped feeling fulfilled by the work. "I couldn't see a way out. I couldn't see any alternatives," she says. "My essential question was: what next?"
She found me on LinkedIn through mutual connections, and noticed I had worked in her industry before coaching. She hoped that meant I would understand where she was coming from. As it turned out, the help she needed was not industry advice at all.
The work gave her something she had been missing for years. "She helped me find my vision, understand my purpose and clarity, which I had never had before, honestly, in my entire career. I had been so clouded." Before the strategy, the self.
From clarity came possibility. "Angie really helped me see possibilities outside of my career bubble," Nadiya says, and to "see the gap between where I currently was and where I wanted to be." What had felt like a dead end was a choice she simply had not been able to see.
Seeing the gap, Nadiya could define her value on her own terms rather than her employer's. That became the foundation of a practice built around what she does best: aligning strategy and ways of working so businesses get better outcomes.
There was, in her words, "a domino effect of confidence to take action and carve out a possibility to change my future." Nadiya left the corporate world and now works for herself as a fractional marketing executive and consultant. The consulting pathway, chosen, not stumbled into.
