Why a hiring-side coach
I spent twelve years on the hiring side of the table.
Before I coached anyone, I worked in talent acquisition for GroupM and FOX International Channels. I built the shortlists. I saw how senior people get chosen, and why capable people get overlooked when their value is not clear.
For the last nine years I have coached senior professionals through their next move, many of them in Singapore, where I lived and worked before I moved to Thailand. I coach online, so where you are based does not matter.

Are you based in Singapore?
No. I lived and worked in Singapore and now live in Thailand. I coach online, so I work with senior professionals wherever they are, including many in Singapore.
How much does career coaching cost?

How long does career coaching take?
The Career Clarity Accelerator runs for twelve weeks. You finish with a direction you can commit to and a plan for your next move.
Do I need to know what I want before we start?
No. The work is built for people who know it is not this, but cannot yet name what is next. Working that out is where we begin.
Can you help with a mid career switch in Singapore?
Yes. At a senior level, a mid career switch works best as a pivot, not a restart. We start from what you already do well, then test the new direction before you commit to it.
What happens on the strategy call?
It is forty-five minutes, one to one with me, and free. We look at where you are now, what is pulling at you, and the first practical step you can take, whether or not we go on to work together.
