Natural Genius Academy ("we", "I", "us") is the career coaching practice of Anji Hallewell. This policy explains what personal information we collect through naturalgeniusacademy.com and its subdomains, why we collect it, and the choices you have. What we collect
- Enquiries. When you send a coaching, speaking or partnership enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, location, and whatever you tell us about your situation or event.
- Newsletter signups. Your email address, and the page you signed up from.
- Strategy call bookings. When you book a call through our scheduler (Calendly), we receive your name, email address, the time you chose, and your answers to the booking questions.
- Diagnostic. The guided diagnostic on this site is anonymous: we record the outcome and scores, never your identity.
- Usage data. Like most websites, we use analytics tools that collect information about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) via cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry personally and have a useful first conversation.
- To send the newsletter you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.
- To prepare for and hold a strategy call you booked.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure whether our advertising works.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never share it with anyone except the service providers below who process it on our behalf.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase stores form submissions securely (data hosted in Singapore).
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Resend delivers our notification emails.
- Calendly handles call scheduling.
- Kajabi hosts our client portal and delivers newsletter and course emails.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft Clarity provide analytics and advertising measurement. These tools use cookies; you can limit them through your browser settings and the opt-outs each provider offers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and bookings are kept for as long as they are useful to our working relationship. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@naturalgeniusacademy.com. We respond to every request personally, normally within a few working days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
